- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 dish and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham crust, smoothing it into an even layer.
- In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer and smooth out evenly.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and gently spread to cover.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top in a decorative pattern.
- If using, prepare the strawberry gelatin according to package instructions. Let it cool slightly, then drizzle over the strawberries.
- Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.

- Use a food processor to get fine, even graham cracker crumbs.
- Let cream cheese fully soften for smooth mixing.
- Use a knife dipped in warm water for clean slices.
