Description

A fun and indulgent dessert made with crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips layered with creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and a drizzle of strawberry sauce. Perfect for parties, date nights, or anytime you want a playful twist on classic cheesecake.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 medium-sized flour tortillas, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush tortilla wedges with melted butter, then coat with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Lay coated tortilla wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
  5. Allow chips to cool slightly, then place them into a serving box or dish.
  6. Pipe or spoon the cheesecake mixture over the chips, add sliced strawberries, and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
  7. Serve immediately for the best crunch and creaminess.

Notes

  • Use day-old tortillas for crispier chips.
  • Macerate strawberries with sugar for extra juiciness.
  • Assemble just before serving to prevent sogginess.
  • Chill the cheesecake filling before layering for neat presentation.
