Instructions

  1. Warm a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. In one bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest until creamy.
  4. Spread the cheesecake filling between two slices of brioche to make a sandwich.
  5. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
