- 4 hot dog buns, lightly toasted
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, melted over chicken
- 1/3 cup honey mustard, for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon butter, for toasting buns
- Pickles (optional), for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and oven to 350°F.
- Mix honey and mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
- Butter the buns and place them on a baking sheet to toast.
- Place fried chicken tenders into each toasted bun and top with a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, until the cheese melts perfectly.
- Drizzle honey mustard on top and add pickles if desired.
