- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 6 graham crackers, broken into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 8 (1.5 ounce) bars milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
- While the brownies are baking, prepare the topping by tossing together graham cracker pieces, marshmallows, and chopped chocolate in a bowl.
- Remove the brownies from the oven after 15 minutes and evenly sprinkle the topping mixture over the partially baked brownies.
- Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 7 to 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the edge comes out clean.
