These indulgent S’mores Brownies combine the rich, fudgy texture of classic brownies with gooey marshmallows, crunchy graham crackers, and melty milk chocolate for the ultimate campfire-inspired dessert—no firepit required!

- Brownies:
- 1 (16 ounce) package fudge brownie mix (such as Betty Crocker®)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- S’mores Topping:
- 6 graham crackers
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 8 (1.5 ounce) bars milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20–22 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately top with broken graham crackers, miniature marshmallows, and chopped milk chocolate.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and puffy and the chocolate is melty.
- Let cool before slicing into squares. Serve warm for extra gooeyness or cool for cleaner cuts.
Notes
- For toasted marshmallow tops, place under the broiler for 1–2 minutes instead of returning to the oven—but watch closely to avoid burning!
- Use dark or semi-sweet chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Brownies can be made a day ahead—store in an airtight container at room temperature.
