Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 225°F and prepare wood chips according to the manufacturer instructions.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder until fully mixed.
- Lightly oil the smoker grates to prevent sticking.
