- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and make sure your skillet is oven-safe.
- In the skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- If needed, transfer sauce to an oven-safe baking dish.
- Spoon a layer of sauce on the bottom. Add ravioli, dollops of ricotta, mozzarella, and more sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with basil and serve warm.
Notes
- Use quality marinara for the best flavor.
- No need to thaw the ravioli beforehand.
- Customize with veggies or cooked meat if desired.
- Let the dish rest before serving for cleaner slices.
