Ingredients
Scale

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- Sprinkle in herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss everything gently.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy hot.
Notes
- Pat mushrooms dry before cooking to avoid steaming.
- Use a cast iron skillet for best browning.
- Finish with lemon zest or chili flakes for extra flavor.
