- 3 large Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 4 Beef Hot Dogs or Smoked Sausages, sliced diagonally
- Vegetable Oil, for frying
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Ketchup
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice sausages diagonally and set aside. In small bowls, mix ketchup, mayo, and mustard.
- Add sliced potatoes to hot oil in batches. Fry until golden and crisp, about 5–7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
- Pan-fry the sausage slices until browned and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Layer fries on a serving tray and top with sausage slices.
- Drizzle sauces over the top in zig-zag patterns. Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
