Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
- Add eggs, oil, salt, and gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.
- Divide the dough, roll into strands, braid into a round loaf, and tuck ends underneath.
- Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle generously with dukkah.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) until deep golden and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
