Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, softened butter, all-purpose flour, crisp rice cereal, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls (about 1-inch in size); the recipe will yield approximately 55 balls.
- Flatten each ball with your fingertips into thin discs and place them on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden and slightly browned around the edges.
