Description

Reuben Dip is a creamy and savory appetizer inspired by the classic Reuben sandwich. This dip combines corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a tangy dressing, making it perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (150 g) corned beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (80 g) sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) thousand island dressing
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer to baking dish: Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve: Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or chips.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge. Just bake before serving.
  • For extra crunch, top with crushed crackers before baking.
