- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (150 g) corned beef, chopped
- 1/2 cup (80 g) sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) thousand island dressing
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to baking dish: Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve: Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or chips.
Notes
- This dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge. Just bake before serving.
- For extra crunch, top with crushed crackers before baking.
