Perfect for poolside sips or any time you want to cool down.

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the pineapple layer:

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water

For the strawberry layer:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water

For garnish:

  • Fresh pineapple slices (optional)
  • Fresh strawberries (optional)

Instructions

  • To make the pineapple layer: Blend the frozen pineapple chunks with honey (if using) and cold water until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency. Set aside.
  • To make the strawberry layer: Blend the frozen strawberries with honey (if using) and cold water until smooth. Again, add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • To assemble the slushies: Pour the pineapple mixture into glasses, filling them halfway. Then, carefully add the strawberry mixture on top. You can swirl them gently with a straw or spoon for a marbled effect.
  • Garnish with fresh pineapple slices or strawberries if desired.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer a sweeter slushie, adjust the amount of honey or sweetener to taste.
  • You can also use coconut milk for a creamier texture in place of water.
  • For an extra refreshing kick, try adding a little mint or lime juice to the slushies.
  • If you’re serving a large group, you can double the recipe for more servings.
