Description

Pineapple Mint Juice is a refreshing, tropical beverage that combines the natural sweetness of ripe pineapples with the cooling essence of fresh mint. Perfect for hot days, this drink offers a burst of flavor and hydration.

1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, mint leaves, sugar or honey (if using), cold water, and ice cubes.

2. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a pulp-free juice, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar or honey.

4. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
