Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir together melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
- Flatten each biscuit lightly and place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch tightly to seal.
- Arrange the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with garlic butter.
- Bake for 13 to 16 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with additional garlic butter and serve warm.
