Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • 8 one-inch cubes mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Flatten each biscuit lightly and place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
  4. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch tightly to seal.
  5. Arrange the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with garlic butter.
  6. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with additional garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use block mozzarella for the best cheese pull.
  • Seal the dough tightly to prevent cheese from escaping.
  • Reheat leftovers in an air fryer for a freshly baked texture.
