Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6 ounces Peach Jello Mix
  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • 4 Large Peaches
  • 4 cups Salted Pretzels
  • 3/4 cups Unsalted Butter
  • 1 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 8 ounces Plain Cream Cheese
  • 12 ounces Whipped Cream Topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil two cups of water. While the water boils, dice the peaches, leaving some slices with skin if desired.
  3. Mix the peach Jello mix with the boiling water in a medium bowl until fully dissolved. Stir in the diced peaches. Refrigerate the mixture.
  4. Crush the pretzels in a bowl using the bottom of a cup (not too fine).
  5. Mix the crushed pretzels with melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar.
  6. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly and bake for 10–12 minutes. Let cool completely.
  7. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, remaining 1 cup of sugar, and whipped topping until smooth and lump-free.
  8. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
  9. Pour the chilled peach Jello and peach mixture over the creamy layer.
  10. Refrigerate the dessert for 2–3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe, juicy peaches for the best flavor.
  • Don’t crush the pretzels too finely—you want some texture in the crust.
  • Make sure the crust is completely cool before adding the cream cheese layer to prevent melting.
  • Chill for the full time to ensure a clean slice when serving.
