  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 large crusty baguette, cut into 4 portions
  • 4 crisp lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. If desired, preheat oven to 350°F and warm the baguette for 5 minutes for extra crispness.
  2. In a mixing bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
  3. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, capers, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until creamy and evenly combined.
  4. Slice each baguette portion lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  5. Layer lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each baguette.
