Description

Craving a quick and tasty meal? Try our Nachos Cheese Beef Wrap, packed with savory beef and gooey cheese for a satisfying bite! This delightful dish combines the best of nachos and wraps, making it the perfect choice for lunch, dinner, or even a snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Ground Beef

  • 1 lb ground beef

Taco Seasoning

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Shredded Cheese

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Tortillas

  • 4 large tortillas

Optional Toppings

  • Salsa
  • Sour cream
  • Avocado

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Season the Beef: Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked beef, and mix well. Add a splash of water if needed to help the seasoning distribute evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Wraps: On a clean surface, lay out the tortillas. Spoon a generous amount of the seasoned beef onto the center of each tortilla.
  4. Add Cheese: Sprinkle a heaping handful of shredded cheese over the beef. If you like it extra cheesy, don’t hold back!
  5. Fold and Cook: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Place the wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • Don’t Overcook the Beef: Keep an eye on the beef while cooking to maintain its juiciness and flavor.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh veggies and high-quality cheese can elevate the overall taste of your wraps.
  • Experiment with Seasoning: Feel free to adjust the seasoning to match your palate; add more or less depending on your preference.
  • Keep it Warm: If making multiple wraps, keep them warm in the oven while you finish cooking the rest.
  • Serve Immediately: For the best texture, serve the wraps right after cooking while they are still crispy.
