- 1 jalapeño, finely diced (leave the seeds in for more heat)

- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, add softened cream cheese, diced red bell pepper, diced jalapeño, chopped black olives, drained corn, and ranch seasoning mix.
- Mix all ingredients together until fully combined and creamy.
- Serve immediately with chips or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add a second jalapeño or keep all the seeds in.
- Tastes even better after chilling for a couple of hours.
- Great with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
