Description

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced (leave the seeds in for more heat)
  • 1 small can black olives, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add softened cream cheese, diced red bell pepper, diced jalapeño, chopped black olives, drained corn, and ranch seasoning mix.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately with chips or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add a second jalapeño or keep all the seeds in.
  • Tastes even better after chilling for a couple of hours.
