- 1 small jalapeño pepper, finely diced

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and jalapeño until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
- Season the beef mixture with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then remove from heat.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish and press the biscuit dough evenly into the bottom.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough layer.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth, then spread over the beef layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
