- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread cubes, crackers, or veggie sticks.
Notes
- For a chilled version, skip baking and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
- Want a little kick? Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or a few dashes of hot sauce.
