Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread cubes, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Notes

  • For a chilled version, skip baking and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  • Want a little kick? Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or a few dashes of hot sauce.
  • Can be made a day in advance and reheated just before serving.
