Description

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and water.
  2. Add rice vinegar and red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, stirring often.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water until smooth.
  5. Stir the cornstarch slurry into the sauce and continue cooking for 1–2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving or storing.
