Description

A creamy, herb-filled cheese spread that comes together quickly and tastes rich, fresh, and perfect for bread, crackers, or vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 small garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese and butter into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add the minced garlic, parsley, chives, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix again until all ingredients are evenly combined and fluffy.
  5. Shape the mixture into a round or transfer it to a serving bowl.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Let the cheese sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier spreading.
  • Taste after chilling and adjust salt if needed.
  • Finely chopping herbs keeps the texture smooth.
