Instructions
- Line molds or a small tray with parchment and set aside.
- Whisk cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and milk powder in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
- Gently melt coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat until fully liquid.
- Pour the melted oil into the dry mixture, add vanilla and salt, then whisk until smooth and lump free.
- Tap the bowl and molds to release air bubbles, then pour the chocolate into molds or spread in the lined tray.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 1 to 2 hours, then unmold or break into pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool place.
