- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a large pot over medium heat.
- Combine Ingredients: Melt butter in the pot. Add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 5 minutes, then stir in garlic and thyme.
