- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix chopped romaine with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes if using.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Divide the Caesar salad mix among the tortillas, top with grilled shrimp, and wrap tightly.
- Slice in half and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

- You can substitute grilled chicken or tofu for shrimp if desired.
- Add croutons for extra crunch, but add just before serving to avoid sogginess.
