Description

Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a quick and flavorful meal, combining smoky grilled shrimp, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a fresh twist on summer grilling!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (ensure it’s halal)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly for easier folding (microwave for 10–15 seconds or heat briefly on a dry skillet).
  5. Assemble wraps by layering romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese (if using) in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then roll tightly from one side to the other to form a wrap.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges for added brightness and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • You can use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for a lighter option.
  • Add sliced avocado or cherry tomatoes for extra freshness.
  • Grilled chicken can be substituted for shrimp if preferred.
