- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (ensure it’s halal)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Warm tortillas slightly for easier folding (microwave for 10–15 seconds or heat briefly on a dry skillet).
- Assemble wraps by layering romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese (if using) in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then roll tightly from one side to the other to form a wrap.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added brightness and enjoy immediately.

- Add sliced avocado or cherry tomatoes for extra freshness.
