Instructions
- Place a large pot over medium heat and allow it to warm for about 1 minute.
- Add the olive oil and chopped onion. Cook for 5 minutes until soft and translucent, then stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the frozen green peas and stir to combine evenly.
