Description

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place a large pot over medium heat and allow it to warm for about 1 minute.
  2. Add the olive oil and chopped onion. Cook for 5 minutes until soft and translucent, then stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
