- 3 cups plain microwave popcorn (popped, with unpopped kernels removed)
- 1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped (optional for extra crunch)
- 3–4 drops Glow-in-the-Dark edible food coloring gel (adjust to desired neon intensity)
- 1/2 cup neon candy sprinkles or neon-colored mini M&M’s
Instructions
- In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate chips, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the glow-in-the-dark food coloring gel until evenly mixed.
- Gently fold in the popcorn (and peanuts if using) until thoroughly coated with the neon chocolate.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form clusters (bombs) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle neon candy sprinkles over the top of each cluster.
- Refrigerate for about 15 minutes until set.
