- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
- Crackers or sliced vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, goat cheese, garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Form the mixture into a log shape using your hands or a spoon.
- If using, roll the cheese log in chopped pecans or walnuts and dried cranberries or raisins for extra flavor and texture.
- Wrap the cheese log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to firm up.
