- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- For the creamy herb sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the chicken back in. Toss the chicken in the garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chicken is coated.
- For the creamy herb sauce, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Serve the garlic butter Parmesan chicken bites with the creamy herb sauce on the side for dipping.

- You can use chicken thighs for a juicier bite if preferred.
