- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pat dry scallops with paper towels and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and paprika.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the scallops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Sprinkle this mixture over the scallops.
- Drizzle with olive oil for a golden crust.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until scallops are opaque and slightly firm.

- Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
