Description

A creamy, sweet, and tangy dip perfect for pairing with fresh fruits at parties, picnics, or as a light dessert snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 7 oz (200g) marshmallow fluff or creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons orange juice or lemon juice for a citrus twist
  • Optional: fresh fruit for serving (strawberries, apples, grapes, pineapple, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract (and citrus juice if using), and continue beating until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve chilled with assorted fresh fruit for dipping.

Notes

  • Use flavored cream cheese (like strawberry) for variations.
  • Make it lighter by using low-fat cream cheese.
  • Add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
  • Great for holiday trays, brunches, or kid-friendly snacks.
