Description

Frozen S’mores are the perfect no-bake summer treat layered with graham crackers, creamy chocolate pudding, and a fluffy marshmallow topping. Easy to make, freezer-friendly, and crowd-pleasing!


Ingredients

  • 16 full graham cracker sheets
  • 1 (5.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping


Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let set for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow creme and mix until combined. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  3. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
  4. Place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the dish.
  5. Spread chocolate pudding over the graham crackers evenly.
  6. Top with another layer of graham crackers.
  7. Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  8. Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
  9. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  10. Lift out using parchment, slice into bars, and serve cold.
