- 1 (5.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping
Instructions
- Whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let set for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow creme and mix until combined. Fold in whipped topping gently.
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
- Place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the dish.
- Spread chocolate pudding over the graham crackers evenly.
- Top with another layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Lift out using parchment, slice into bars, and serve cold.
