Ingredients
- Pizza dough: 1 round (about 250 g)
- Tomato sauce: 120 g
- Cream cheese: 100 g, softened
- Shredded mozzarella: 150 g
- Fresh basil leaves: 8 to 10 leaves
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 C and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat.
- Soften the cream cheese in a bowl until easy to portion.
- Carefully remove the hot baking surface and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Stretch the pizza dough into a round shape and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly, then add small dollops of cream cheese across the pizza.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, season lightly with salt, add fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve warm.
