Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and olive oil until combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil or lightly oil a skillet.
  4. Spread the garlic butter evenly on both sides of each bread slice.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, or pan-toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
