Description

This Easy Crustless Lemon Tart is a refreshing and light dessert with a tangy lemon flavor and smooth, creamy texture – a perfect no-bake treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a tart pan or a pie dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared tart pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tart is set and lightly golden around the edges. The center should still jiggle slightly when gently shaken.
  5. Allow the tart to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to fully set.
  6. Once chilled, dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
