Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. Slowly pour in the boiling water and mix until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and tap lightly to release air bubbles.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
