- 6 premade tart shells
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 to 4 fresh figs, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream the butter and sugar until smooth, then mix in the egg.
- Fold in the almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt to form the almond filling.
- Place the tart shells on a baking sheet and fill each one with the almond mixture.
- Arrange the fig slices and blueberries on top of each tart.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Drizzle with honey while still warm and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe figs for the best texture and sweetness.
- A little lemon zest can brighten the flavor.
- Let the tarts cool before removing them from molds to avoid breaking.
