- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups crushed Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix mozzarella cheese with Italian seasoning in a bowl for added flavor.
- Lightly brush parchment with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of sauce, cheese, and a slice of pepperoni in each. Fold and pinch edges closed.
- Brush each roll with olive oil, then roll in crushed Doritos until fully coated. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
