- 1 (14.5 ounce) package nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips (such as Doritos), crushed
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread the crushed tortilla chips evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped cooked chicken, 1 cup shredded cheese, salsa, drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix until well blended.
- Pour the chicken mixture evenly over the crushed chips in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven, sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top, and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
