Instructions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a gentle boil. Cook for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and carefully remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks until smooth, then mix in the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle paprika lightly over the tops and chill briefly before serving.
