Description

Crispy, golden ravioli pockets filled with gooey marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs, served with a warm, silky chocolate dipping sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 24 wonton or ravioli wrappers
  • 4 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for dipping sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, stir together 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup mini marshmallows, and 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs until evenly mixed.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Line a tray with parchment paper and have the 24 wrappers laid out ready to fill. Keep a small bowl of water and a pastry brush nearby for sealing.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wrapper. Brush the edges with a little water, top with a second wrapper or fold as needed, and press to seal, removing any air pockets.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Fry the ravioli in small batches at 350°F for about 1 to 2 minutes per side until deep golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to transfer to a wire rack to drain.
  6. Finishing Touches: Warm 1/2 cup heavy cream in a small saucepan until it begins to steam, remove from heat, add remaining chocolate chips and stir until smooth to create the dipping sauce. Dust fried ravioli with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Arrange ravioli on a platter with the warm chocolate sauce in a small bowl for dipping. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.

Notes

  • Seal wrappers carefully with water to prevent leaking during frying.
  • Fry in small batches to keep oil temperature steady and ensure even browning.
  • Assemble ravioli ahead and refrigerate or freeze before frying for convenience.
  • Use a wire rack to drain so the bottoms stay crisp.
