Ingredients
- Puff pastry sheets: 2 sheets
- Mixed berries: 2 cups
- Granulated sugar: 1.5 cups
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
- Egg: 1 large
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook berries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until thickened, then cool.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Fill with jam and shape pastries.
- Brush with egg wash and bake 18 to 22 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Cool jam fully before filling.
