- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 6 oz boxed stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 small diced onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Set your crockpot to low or high, depending on desired cooking time.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, melted butter, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly grease the crockpot to prevent sticking.
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom, sprinkle diced onion and celery over them, then top with stuffing mix. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Gently fluff the stuffing before serving.
- Spoon onto plates and enjoy.
