Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a rack in the center of the oven.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Spread the Brussels sprouts cut-side down in a single layer.
