For the Avocado Lime Drizzle:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • Splash of water (as needed for thinning)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
