Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch sticks
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into uniform fries. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a large bowl, toss fries with olive oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; work in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until fries are golden and crispy.
