- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Chill your blender bowl and freezer-safe container for at least 10 minutes before starting.
- In a blender, add the peeled and pitted avocados, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a pre-chilled container or your ice cream maker.
- If using an ice cream maker, churn according to machine instructions. If not, place directly in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm and scoopable.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving. Scoop and enjoy!
